I love our son, what can I say? :-) And when he decides to pose for 1.2 seconds for me to capture his adorable toddler-ness, what else can a mother do but photograph it?! Here's to 28 wonderful months!

Tulips 2010

Every year, the month of April is set aside for the tulip festival around the valley. The colors are brilliant. I'll admit though, that living right in all this beauty, I take it for granted (as I'm sure many do.) I was thankful my aunt came for a visit so I had a good reason to go out to see the seas of stunning color. I am thankful we have a creative God! How pleasing to the senses all the shades and colors are. Here are some of my favorite shots.

A beautiful thought!

This lovely flower was a gift from a little girl whose last day at my work was this past week. I was one of her teachers! She will surely be missed! What a sweetheart! (And sweet parents too). Oh goodbye, what a bittersweet thing it is!
